High Performance Waterproofing Applications

Zima Insaat Şimal Kuzey Yildizi Houses, which is one of the well-established companies of Antalya, which has created creative and distinctive projects in the housing sector, is based on cement and polymer dispersion due to the progress of the project in curtain insulation details, the insulation being permanent, durable and long-lasting, and the priority of reacting with concrete in a short time. FOX MULTISEAL FS478, our fully flexible waterproofing material designed for all types of reinforced concrete surfaces, has been applied. The product was applied in 3 layers with 3.5 kg / m2, in total 14.250 kg. Before the application, all Tie-Rot pipes on the curtain surface are removed and filled with FOX SILK MORTAR FC125 thin repair mortar. High-strength thixotropic FOX MORTAR FC188 T thick repair mortar was beveled in size 5×5 on the partition curtain joints. In order to minimize the separation on the chamfer, the non-finished (cross stitch) file is adhered with our FOX MULTISEAL FS478 product and the detail is finalized before waterproofing. Tie-Rod pipes inside the curtain are removed and filled with FOX SILK MORTAR FC125 thin repair mortar. FOX CRYSTALISER FS265 3 kg / m2 was applied on it with a single component, hydrophobic reaction, cement-based, negative and positive.

The tie rods on the pool outer wall were repaired with FOX SILK MORTAR FC125 thin repair mortar over the cuts. High-strength thixotropic FOX MORTAR FC188 T thick repair mortar was beveled in size 5×5 on the partition curtain joints. One component, hydrophobic reaction, cement-based, negative and positive applied FOX CRYSTALISER FS265 3 kg / m2 was applied on it.

The ongoing pool, wet area, balcony waterproofing of the project will be completed with FOX YAPI KİMYASALLARI products.
