PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/h3>

Y\u00d6R\u00dcKO\u011eLU hotel project, which is affiliated to the group of ADALYA hotels located in Antalya KUNDU region, is a project with 680 rooms on the seafront.
FOX CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS are preferred for all insulation applications from the foundation to the roof of the hotel with material and workmanship, and ASM\u0130N INSULATION YAPI. EMLAK \u0130N\u015e.LTD.\u015eT\u0130. has undertaken.<\/p>

Products using basic insulation:<\/b>
Pile foundation application was preferred in our hotel, which has a foundation of 18500 m\u00b2. FOX GROUD FC155<\/b> was used for grouding of the pile heads, and FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542<\/b> bitumen cement-based sliding water insulation was preferred with 160 gr plaster reinforced all of the foundation.<\/p>

Wet floors and water tanks<\/b>
FOX MULTISEAL FS478 SET <\/b>full elastic sliding water insulation was used in bathrooms and toilets, and FOX EPOCOTE FS190<\/b> was preferred instead of tile covering in drinking water tanks.<\/p>

FOX MORTAR FC188 T<\/b> structural repair mortar for repairs in indoor swimming pool, children’s pool and large pool application, FOX LAMP CUFF 425 * 425 for lamp edges, FOX CRYSTALISER FS265<\/b> with mesh reinforced FOX MULTUSEAL FS478 SET for insulation application.<\/p>

Terrace applications;<\/b>
FOX PURMAX SPRAYTEC FS561<\/b> was applied in terrace applications with great risk.<\/p>

Cold joint and dilatation;<\/b>
With FOX EPOFLOW FC520 <\/b>epoxy-based adherence enhancer product, it is ensured that old and new concrete in the project renovation area adhere to each other without micro gaps.<\/p>

Leveling repair application was made with the cement-based FOX GROUT FC155<\/b> product in the areas with horizontal surface disorders.<\/p>

FOX PURMAX ULTRA SET, FOX PURMAX ULTRA TIXO SET, FOX PURMAX PRIMER, FOX PURMAX PRIMER 2K SET<\/b> are used for dilatation gaps.<\/p>

Ceramic Adhesives<\/b>
FOX CERAPLUS FX112<\/b> has been used for bonding tiles on terraces and walkways, areas exposed to high pedestrian traffic.
