Royal Adem & Eve Hotel within TG Hotel Management; It is one of the most popular Hotels in Antalya Belek region with its different concept and exclusive services offered to its customers. FOXBAU CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS were preferred in the renovation works of the Royal Adem & Eve Hotel, which serves its distinguished guests with its 469 rooms, the world’s largest Lounge with an area of 10,000 m2, the most distinguished restaurants of Mediterranean, Asian and Ottoman cuisine, 7 bars and 8 stores.<\/p>\n

High Performance Waterproofing Applications<\/b>
During the renovation works of Royal Adem & Eve Hotel, cement-based, single-component, fiber-added, thixotropic high-strength FOX MORTAR FC188T<\/b> repair mortar and self-settling FOX GROUT FC155<\/b> were used before the curtain, pool, kitchen insulation. FOX MULTISEAL FS478<\/b>, a fully flexible waterproofing material designed for all kinds of cement and polymer dispersion based reinforced concrete surfaces, was applied.<\/p>\n

Special Mastic and Tape Application with High Elasticity and Strength<\/b>
Specially modified polyurethane based FOX PURMAX MASTIC<\/b> was preferred for dilation waterproofing systems. The expansion tape is bonded with FOX COMBOTAPE 200\/1 mm FOX EPOMORTAR FC510<\/b> epoxy anchor assembly repair mortar.<\/p>\n

Hygienic And Decorative Coatings<\/b>
Drinking water tanks and pool balance tanks are coated with Epoxy-based FOX EPOCOTE FS190<\/b> due to its hygienic feature.<\/p>\n

High Performance Flooring Systems<\/b>
Purathane Series Self Leveling System was applied with a total of 15.000 m2 in the public areas of Royal Adem & Eve Hotel.
Epoxy-based transparent FOX EPOTHANE PRIMER<\/b> was applied as a primer layer by wiping and cleaning the previous floor coating application with special polishing machines. On the primed surface
