PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n

FOX BAU BUILDING CHEMICALS were preferred in the Acrones hotel project, which stands out with its construction quality, service and thermal features in the province of Afyon, which is the leading health tourism region of Europe with its underground healing waters.<\/p>\n

High Performance Applications<\/b>
FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542<\/b> bitumen rubber-based insulation material, which provides long-lasting flexible insulation in curtain insulation applications, was preferred within the ACRONES HOTEL project. FOX MULTISEAL FS478<\/b> double-component fully elastic waterproofing material is used in the waterproofing of pools, water tanks, bathrooms and balconies. FOX GROUT FC155 <\/b>grout mortar has been used for bathroom, balcony and drain drains. FOX PURMAX ULTRA<\/b> Polyurea based insulation was applied for outdoor terrace waterproofing. FOX SPRAYTEC FS560 <\/b>pure polyurea was applied on the terraces above the parking lot.<\/p>\n

Reinforced Concrete Surface Repairs and Strengthening<\/b>
FOX MORTAR FC188 T <\/b>cement-based high-strength repair mortar has been beveled at the base wall joints of terrace water tanks. FOX GRAUT FC155<\/b> high strength fluid consistency grout mortar and bathroom balcony pool lamp cases, terrace and kitchen expenses are secured by filling the surrounding gaps.<\/p>\n

High Elasticity and Strength Special Mastic and Tape Application<\/b>
FOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 <\/b>mastic was used in pool terrace expansion joints.
Specially modified polyurethane based FOX PURMAX MASTIC has been preferred for filling and waterproofing in dilatation waterproofing systems.
