PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\nLocated in Alanya, Okurcalar, 5-star Delphin Platinum hotel with an area of 8000 m\u00b2, 6 floors, 447 rooms capacity, has taken its place among the highest quality hotels in the region. FOXBAU BUILDING CHEMICALS were preferred in the project.\n\nHigh Performance Waterproofing Applications<\/b>\nIn the project, which is located at the seafront and has 3 basement floors, insulation details under pressurized water have been solved. For this reason, FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542<\/b> bitumen rubber-based insulation material, which provides long-lasting flexible insulation, was preferred in basic curtain insulation applications. It was applied in 3 layers by using 160gr reinforcement mesh between layers. FOX MULTISEAL FS478<\/b> cement-based, fully elastic waterproofing product has been used in balcony, pool, bathroom, water tank insulation. FOX PURMAX 2K<\/b>, which is polyurethane based, low viscosity and crack bridging feature, has been preferred for roof terrace insulations.\n\nReinforced Concrete Surface Repairs and Strengthening<\/b>\nFOX MORTAR FC188 T <\/b>cement-based high-strength repair mortar has been beveled at the base wall joints of terrace water tanks. FOX GROUT FC155<\/b> high strength fluid consistency grout mortar and bathroom balcony pool lamp cases, terrace and kitchen expenses are secured by filling the surrounding gaps.\n\nHigh Elasticity and Strength Special Mastic and Tape Application<\/b>\nFOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 <\/b>mastic was used in pool terrace expansion joints. Specially modified polyurethane based FOX PURMAX MASTIC<\/b> has been preferred for filling and waterproofing in dilatation waterproofing systems.
