The 5-star ROYAL SEG\u0130NUS HOTEL project, located in the area of Kundu hotels, has taken its place among the highest quality and new hotels in the region. FOXBAU BUILDING CHEMICALS were preferred in the ROYAL SEG\u0130NUS HOTEL project.<\/p>\r\n

High Performance Waterproofing Applications<\/b>
In the project located at the seafront, insulation details under pressurized water have been solved. For this reason, FOX MULTIPLUS 2K FS542<\/b> bitumen rubber-based insulation material, which provides long-lasting flexible insulation in insulation applications in some parts below sea level, has been preferred. It was applied in 3 layers by using 160gr reinforcement mesh between the layers. The insulation was completed by applying FOX MULTISEAL FS478<\/b> cement-based fully elastic waterproofing product in the balcony, pool-bath-water tank insulations.<\/p>\r\n

Reinforced Concrete Surface Repairs and Strengthening<\/b>
FOX MORTAR FC188 T<\/b> cement-based high-strength repair mortar has been beveled at the base wall joints of terrace water tanks. FOX GROUT FC155<\/b> high strength fluid consistency grout mortar and bathroom balcony pool lamp cases, terrace and kitchen expenses are secured by filling the surrounding gaps.<\/p>\r\n

High Elasticity and Strength Special Mastic and Tape Application<\/b>
FOX PURSEAL AQUA PL900 <\/b>mastic was applied on the pool terrace expansion joints.
Specially modified polyurethane based for filling and waterproofing in dilatation waterproofing systems
FOX PURMAX MASTIC<\/b> was preferred. The dilatation tape is bonded with FOX COMBOTAPE 200\/1 mm FOX EPOMORTAR FC510<\/b> epoxy anchorage assembly repair mortar.<\/p>\r\n

Hygienic and Decorative Coatings<\/b>
